Make Healthy & Tasty Sweets at Home !

Without sweetness, the color of the happiness of the Deepwali Festival is not accumulated। Readymade desserts are afraid of adulteration। In such a way, if you want, you can make healthy and tasty sweets at home. With this, you can comfortably greet your guests who are coming home।

1. Gulab jamun

                                         

Material :

250 gms Mawa (lost), 100 grams Paneer, 2-3 spoonfuls of flour, one spoonful of fine keikaku, 8-10 raisins, little bit of cardamom, 3 cups of sugar, for frying ghee ।  

Method of preparation of Chashni

Mix sugar in a Utensil and mix more water than its amount । 2-3 minutes after boiling sugar and boil ।  Take 1-2 pieces of this solution and leak into the plate and paste it between thumb and finger । If it is clinging between the fingers and the forehead, then understand that the syrup is ready ।

How to make rose berries

2. Coconut laddoo

                                                       

Material :

To make a cup of fresh coconut (grated), Chinese half cup, milk 3 cups, pinch of cardamom powder, 7-8 clipping saffron, 7-8 raisins ।

Create to recipe : 

Use heavy curved to make it. Cut off the brown part of fresh coconut with a knife and make it good । Now add milk and grated coconut in curved and reduce the gas after boiling । Keep stirring till the mixture is thickened, otherwise it can burn । Put the cardamom and saffron clippings after adding sugar in it । Cook it on a low flame for some time to burn the syrup and add the mixture । Shut down the gas and let the size of Ladoo and then enjoy its taste ।

Profit : Fulfillment of Vitamins, Calcium and Iron ।

3. Walnut barfi  

                                                 
 

Mawa is nutritious । The brain gets stronger । 

Material :

400 ml thick milk, one teaspoon cocoa powder, 100 grams dry grated coconut and 250 gms. Pinch of walnuts । Boil condensed milk in a curved and boil it by running cocoa powder. Mix boiled Coconut and Pisa Walnuts । Add sugar according to the taste. Cut the mixture into a little ghee tray and cut it in the desired shape when spreading uniformly and cooling ।

Profit : Nut barfi containing omega-3 fatty acids strengthens the brain ।
