Tasty and Healthy Donuts

1. Donuts

Ingredients: Two cups finely chopped gourd and onion, 1/4 cup wheat flour, 1/4 semolina and gram flour, ginger and green chili paste । Turmeric powder, cumin seeds, lemon juice, sugar, two spoons chopped coriander, two pinch of baking soda, asafoetida, salt, three teaspoons of oil, half teaspoon mustard, kadhi powder and teaspoon sesame seeds ।

 Create like this:  Squeeze water on the Loki-Onion. In a bowl, put a mixture of lenti-onion, wheat flour, semolina, gram flour, ginger paste, green chilli paste, turmeric powder, cumin seeds, nebula juice, sugar, coriander, baking soya, hing, salt and flour mixture into a soft dough ।  Apply a quarter teaspoon of oil on the palms and split the mixture into four parts । Roll each part of it in a 150 mm long and 25 mm diameter cylindrical. Put 2 rolls of oil in a clean sieve । After this, add oil to a non-stainless steel Curved Add mustard seeds, curry leaves, oil, asafoetida, and fry them lightly । After this, cut the small pieces of milk powder and fry until golden । After that add coriander and save it ।
